Welcome to the Southeast Asian Placement Center Inc. (SEAPCI) website. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including recruitment, job placement, and career counseling. SEAPCI specializes in healthcare recruitment but also offers positions in other fields from time to time.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Eligibility
Our services are open to all individuals, regardless of nationality or gender, who are seeking employment opportunities. However, SEAPCI specializes in healthcare recruitment, though we may also offer other job opportunities.
3. Account Creation and Information Collection
Creating an account is optional. If you choose to create an account to access certain features of our services, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your email, first and last name, username, password, and marketing consent.
Alternatively, you can provide your information through application forms available on key pages of our website. We also collect information via our newsletter sign-up form and general inquiries form on the Contact Us page.
Failure to provide accurate information, whether through an account, application forms, or other methods, may impact your ability to secure job opportunities, as SEAPCI relies on this information for placement purposes.
4. User Responsibilities
Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is truthful and accurate. SEAPCI reserves the right to remove or refuse access to any user who provides false information.
Consequences: Providing false or misleading information may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account. SEAPCI may also take legal action if the inaccurate information causes significant harm to our business or to others.
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership: SEAPCI owns all content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, except for certain content provided by partners, clients, and applicants, as well as stock images sourced from licensed platforms. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.
User-Generated Content (UGC): By submitting your profile, resume, or other content, you grant SEAPCI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and distribute this content for recruitment purposes. This content will be stored in our database and used to match you with suitable job opportunities.
6. Future Services
SEAPCI reserves the right to introduce additional services related to recruitment, job placement, career counseling, or other areas of employment assistance. In such cases, these Terms & Conditions will apply to the new services unless specified otherwise.
7. Limitation of Liability
Standard Liability Clause: SEAPCI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost opportunities, loss of income, or damage to reputation, arising out of your use of our services, even if SEAPCI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
No Guarantee of Employment: SEAPCI does not guarantee employment or specific job placements. All services are provided “as-is” for manpower pooling purposes, and SEAPCI does not charge any fees to applicants.
8. Termination of Access
SEAPCI reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, providing false information, or any activity that disrupts the operation of our services.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. If such mediation or arbitration fails, the dispute may be brought before the courts of Makati City, Philippines.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, regardless of your location.
11. Modifications to the Terms
SEAPCI will notify you of significant changes to these Terms & Conditions via email or by posting a notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
