Competitive Salary & Pay Rates

Pay rates vary depending on the specialty and location, with hourly rates ranging from $34 to $49 per hour, along with housing stipends for select locations. Annually, expect earnings between US$65,000 and US$91,000 (roughly Php3.6 million to Php5 million).

What You’ll Need to Qualify

To embark on your nursing journey with Elite365 and SEAPCI, you’ll need to meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Philippines or your home country
  • Clinical experience preferred but not required for the initial interview
  • NCLEX preferred but not required for the initial interview
  • Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
  • Compassionate nature and commitment to providing patient-centered care
