Elite365, in partnership with SEAPCI, is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Adhere to established protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality care
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Philippines or your home country
- Clinical, bedside experience preferred but not required for initial interview
- NCLEX preferred but not required for initial interview
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic health environment
- Compassionate nature and commitment to providing patient centered care

- Board of Nursing (BON) Endorsement Application
- Temporary License
- First Two (2) months housing
- US RN Licensure Reimbursement Fee amounting to $2,500 upon arrival in the U.S.
- Bonus amounting to $500 per quarter of employment
- Bonus amounting to $5000 for completion of a 3-year contract
