Frequently Asked Questions
How do I apply?
For initial application, we only require applicants to send their most updated resume at applications@seapci.com. We also entertain walk-in applicants. But we encourage all applicants, particularly those from provinces, to just send their resumes via email to avoid costly travel expenses. We make sure that we immediately include your resume in our database.
What are the requirements in applying for a job?
Applicants are required to submit their resume for initial screening. You may submit other documents along with your resume, but these are not required. These are (photocopy or scanned copy):
- Transcript of Records

Can I submit my resume even if I’m not yet done with Dataflow and HAAD?
Yes, but you have to update us on the status of your Dataflow and HAAD Exam via email. Once you’re done with both, send us the HAAD Passing Letter for our filing together with your updated CV.
Do you assist applicants in Dataflow processing?
No. We can only give you recommendations and advice on how to process your Dataflow.
What happens after I apply?
After sending your CV, you will be receiving a confirmation email from our Recruitment Officer that your resume was properly received. We make sure that your resume is immediately recorded in our database. When a job vacancy fits your qualifications, we will either call or email you for Skype interview with the employer. The interview results will be released after 1-2 days.
Do you have other openings aside from healthcare jobs?
Since 2001, we focused on recruiting medical professionals. Occasionally, we hire other lines of job, such as Customer Service Representative, based on the demand of our clients.
What countries are you deploying professionals to?
We are known for supplying Filipino nurses to the US (Baltimore, Maryland) and UAE (Abu Dhabi and Al Ain).

Do I have to personally visit your office to pass my resume?

How long does it take to find a job abroad?
For US jobs, it usually takes a couple of years before we are allowed to process your application from petition filing to immigrant visa filing. This is due to the retrogression in the US. Learn more about visa retrogression in this article by U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS).
For UAE jobs, it usually takes only 2-6 months as there is always a job vacancy. As long as you are qualified, the employer will immediately contact you for interview. Results of the interview are usually announced after 1-2 days.
How much will SEAPCI charge me?
We generally do not charge applicants with placement fee or any other fees. Our successful hires prove it through their testimonials.
If I am selected, who will take care of processing my papers?
If you are selected, the employer and SEAPCI will take care of processing your papers from license to plane ticket. All you have to do is submit all the required documents to avoid delays.
