New Telephone Numbers by October 2019

Starting October 6, 2019, all landline numbers with “02” area code will be migrated from the existing 7-digit format to an 8-digit format. For Southeast Asian Placement Center Inc. (SEAPCI), our contact numbers will now be (+632) 8810-4033 and (+632) 8810-4034.

Current Format: (+632) 810-4033 and (+632) 810-4034
New Format (starting October 6, 2019): (+632) 8810-4033 and (+632) 8810-4034

This is in accordance to the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) Memorandum Order number 10-10-2017 dated October 2017. According to PLDT, we should expect a five-hour downtime during the migration on October 6, 2019 (12 a.m. to 5 a.m.). Incoming and outgoing calls will be temporarily available, but Internet connection will remain uninterrupted.

PLDT users are given three months to adjust. From October 6 to December 5, 2019, customers who dial the old seven-digit number will hear a special announcement that the number has been changed.
